Спелые ягоды сорта крыжовника Машека приобретают красноватый оттенок и нежный кисло-сладкий вкус. Эти плоды немного овальные, крупные и имеют тонкую, но плотную кожуру с опушением. Мякоть ягоды сочная и нежная, в ней много семян.

- В среднем вес ягоды составляет 2,8 г, максимальный вес – 5-6 г.
- В плодах сорта крыжовника Машека содержится 9,5% сахара, 3,5% кислоты, 36,5 мг витамина С.
Наиболее высокая калорийность и содержание полезных микроэлементов – в кожице ягоды. В спелых ягодах их больше, чем в недозрелых. Чем солнечнее погода в период созревания плодов, тем они слаще. Ягоды крыжовника Машека универсальные. Их используют для приготовления желе, варенья, компотов. Многим этот вид крыжовника нравится и в свежем виде.
У плодов этого сорта крыжовника очень хорошая транспортабельность.
